Shipping: Between 14-30 days from order date depending on ship to location and method of delivery.
Refunds or Exchanges: All duvets are thoroughly inspected for quality prior to shipping. There are absolutely zero returns or exchanges accepted on bedding items. If you are unsure on your bed size please have it measured before ordering for best fit as no request for refund or exchange will be accepted or granted on that basis. Hand crafted duvet are not kept in warehouse supply and are hand made on order.

**Acts of God provisions, “Force Majeure” clause, any events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters that delay shipping does not generate a refund. This provision doesn't completely eliminate or limit all liability for losses resulting from such events but all attempts will be exhausted to resolve delivery and if not possible to deliver, a refund will then be granted after 45 days.
