We do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in color, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural products, nor do we refund / exchange because a customer may not care for a product’s color, texture or perceived performance on the individual. These are not faults.
**Acts of God provisions, “Force Majeure” clause, any events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters that delay shipping does not generate a refund. This provision doesn't completely eliminate or limit all liability for losses resulting from such events but all attempts will be exhausted to resolve delivery and if not possible to deliver, a refund will then be granted after 45 days.
