The shirt product is made especially for you as soon as you place a pre-order, and because it ships separately with glitters release it may arrive slightly before or after your glitters deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Refunds/Exchanges: None granted once product has opened. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully! Return for refund policy is not applicable for wrong color or product choice for purchases made in-store or online. Nor do we refund for a change of mind. Items cannot be returned that have been purchased from other retailers or makeup artists selling JayLilRose Collection cosmetics. Please deal with whom you purchased your product with directly. A refund is not available if the customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them. We do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in color, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural products, nor do we refund / exchange because a customer may not care for a product’s color, texture or perceived performance on the individual. These are not faults.
**Acts of God provisions, “Force Majeure” clause, any events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters that delay shipping does not generate a refund. This provision doesn't completely eliminate or limit all liability for losses resulting from such events but all attempts will be exhausted to resolve delivery and if not possible to deliver, a refund will then be granted after 45 days.
