Refunds or Exchanges
All coffees are thoroughly inspected for quality prior to shipping. There are absolutely zero returns or exchanges accepted on consumable/perishable open or unopened items. No request for refund or exchange will be accepted or granted on that basis of taste dislike. Coffee isn't kept in JayLilRose Collection warehouse and supply are hand made on order. ship between 7-15 days from order date barring any unforeseen economical, political, or force majeure issues.
**Acts of God provisions, “Force Majeure” clause, any events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters that delay shipping does not generate a refund.
