Refunds or Exchanges
All coffees are thoroughly inspected for quality prior to shipping. There are absolutely zero returns or exchanges accepted on consumable or perishable. No refund will be issued on dislike of taste. Coffees are not kept in warehouse supply and are hand made on order. ship between 7-15 days from order date barring any unforeseen economical, political, or force majeure issues.
**Acts of God provisions, “Force Majeure” clause, any events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters that delay shipping does not generate a refund. This provision doesn't completely eliminate or limit all liability for losses resulting from such events but all attempts will be exhausted to resolve delivery and if not possible to deliver, a refund will then be granted after 30 days.
