Refunds or Exchanges
There are absolutely zero returns and exchanges accepted on customized embroidered products. If package is damaged on delivery do not accept package. Items with proof of package damage must have submitted photos 24-48 hrs after receiving shipment to file shipping claim and allow for refund which may take an additional 30-60 days..
