Our Face Mask are reusable & washable. These polyester masks are not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease. Avoid using these masks (1) in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily, or other hazardous fluids may be expected; (2) in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high; or (3) in the presence of a high intensity heat source or flammable gas. JAYLILROSE COLLECTION, LLC makes no warranties, either express or implied, that the masks prevent infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases. These masks fall under Section V.B. of the Enforcement Policy for Face Masks and Respirators During the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency recommendations from the FDA.
The intention of these masks is to make them available, and easily accessible to the general public after the CDC recommendation of wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. Ships in 3-30 depending on location.

Refunds or Exchanges
All masks are thoroughly inspected for quality prior to shipping. There are absolutely zero returns or exchanges accepted on mask items.

100% washable masks withstand up to 52 domestic washing machine cycles. Not recommended for industrial laundry
**Acts of God provisions, “Force Majeure” clause, any events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters that delay shipping does not generate a refund. This provision doesn't completely eliminate or limit all liability for losses resulting from such events but all attempts will be exhausted to resolve delivery and if not possible to deliver, a refund will then be granted after 30 days.
